遇到謹慎的前臺怎么講?
前臺:May I ask what’s this regarding? 或者 What’s your company name? 等等
如果他沒轉(zhuǎn),而是繼續(xù)問你,比如以下問題:(有經(jīng)驗點的前臺會這樣子問)
Anthony:Sure, we do xxx(你的產(chǎn)品), now we designed a new product (或者說update a very competitive product), I would like to inform him in time, could you help me transfer to him?
“沒問題,我們做XX產(chǎn)品,現(xiàn)在剛設(shè)計了一款新產(chǎn)品(更新了一款非常有競爭力的產(chǎn)品),我想及時告訴他,您能幫我轉(zhuǎn)接一下嘛?
Anthony:Yes, we do xxx, I met him at HK Electronic Fair last time, I would like to send him our update price list, could you help me transfer to him?
我們做xx產(chǎn)品,上次在香港電子展會上我和他碰過面,我想給他發(fā)我們新的報價表,您能幫我轉(zhuǎn)一下電話嘛?
Tips:
一般前臺基本都會給你轉(zhuǎn)到采購,或者轉(zhuǎn)到銷售部...如果轉(zhuǎn)到銷售部,可以重復(fù)上面的內(nèi)容。
(注:有單獨銷售部的這種公司不小,重視!)
假設(shè)不知道采購名字的情況下,電話轉(zhuǎn)過去了,怎么跟采購聊?

如:
Customer:Hi, this is Andrew, can I help you?

Customer:Yes, please
